Mike Karstadt, president of SWIFT eX, LLC is a change management professional with over 30 years of business experience in the food and beverage industry. He provides free, full-service consulting to aspiring entrepreneurs who want to own their own business.

As an affiliate of Business Alliance Inc, in Tacoma, Washington, Mike works as a recruiter to match people with appropriate franchise businesses that fit their key strengths, interests and helps them succeed.

Once you’ve identified and selected franchises that interest you, Mike will contact franchisors on your behalf to confirm availability and ensure that you are a good fit for them.

Throughout the process, he is available to guide you, answering questions and coaching to help you collect all the information needed to make an informed decision.
